ON THE HOUSE: OFFICIAL RULES

Effective November 9, 2026

Revi Technologies Inc., d/b/a Belo

1 · SPONSOR

The sponsor of this promotion is Revi Technologies Inc., d/b/a Belo, 450 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA (the "Sponsor").

2 · THE PROMOTIONS COVERED BY THESE RULES

These Rules govern the following promotions:

A. The weekly On the House draw. One drawing each week, fifty-two times a year. Each weekly drawing is a separate promotion with its own entry period, its own entrants and its own prizes.

B. The monthly headline drawing. One drawing each calendar month, twelve times a year. Each monthly drawing is a separate promotion.

C. The daily roll. A free daily instant-win game, described in Section 10.

No entry, ticket, multiplier or other item of value carries from one promotion into another.

3 · ENTRY PERIOD

Each weekly entry period opens Monday at 00:00 Pacific Time and closes Sunday at 20:00 Pacific Time. The drawing is conducted at the moment entries close.

Each monthly headline period opens on the first calendar day of the month at 00:00 Pacific Time and closes on the last calendar day of that month at 20:00 Pacific Time.

4 · ELIGIBILITY

Open to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legal residents of the State of California.

Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

A purchase is not required and does not improve a person's chance of winning. Void where prohibited.

5 · HOW TO ENTER

There are three ways to receive entries, and they are of equal dignity. Every entry, regardless of how it was received, carries identical probability of selection.

5.1 By ordering

Entries accrue against cumulative spending across the entry period, not per order. Two orders of $12.50 in one week produce one entry, the same as a single $25.00 order.

Entries are earned at the following thresholds of cumulative weekly spend:

Entry numberAdditional spend required
1st through 10th$25.00 each
11th through 20th$50.00 each
21st and beyond$100.00 each

There is no limit on the number of entries a participant may receive by ordering.

Entries received by ordering may be multiplied under Section 6.

5.2 By completing a City Hunt

A participant who completes a City Hunt block within its window and finishes in the first ten places receives 25 entries for that block. A finish outside the first ten receives no entries.

A participant may receive no more than 50 hunt entries in any one weekly entry period. Entries beyond that limit are not awarded.

No City Hunt clue requires a purchase, at any point, for any part of it.

5.3 Free entry: no purchase necessary

To enter free, visit meetbelo.com/enter and complete the form. No account, app, payment method, or data connection of any kind is required. This method is open to anyone eligible under Section 4, whether or not they use Belo.

Limit one free entry per person per weekly entry period, determined by verified mobile telephone number.

The form requires a name, an email address and a mobile telephone number, and requires acceptance of these Rules and confirmation of eligibility. Submissions that are incomplete, illegible or that fail validation are void and no entry is created.

A free entry has exactly the same probability of selection as an entry received by any other method, and is eligible for the multiplier described in Section 6.1 on the same terms.

6 · MULTIPLIERS

Three distinct multipliers exist. They are not interchangeable.

6.1 Multipliers awarded by chance

A multiplier won in the daily roll (Section 10) applies to every entry a participant receives on the day it takes effect, however that entry was received: by ordering, by completing a hunt, or by entering free.

Such a multiplier is held until the next local day on which the participant receives any entry from any source, and it then applies to every entry received by that participant on that day, including the entry that caused it to take effect.

A participant may hold no more than one such multiplier at a time. A newly won multiplier replaces any held multiplier; they do not accumulate.

A held multiplier expires when the entry period in which it was won closes, whether or not it has taken effect.

6.2 Multipliers earned through membership status

Multipliers associated with a participant's membership tier apply only to entries received by ordering under Section 5.1. They do not apply to hunt entries and they do not apply to free entries.

Bronze1.25x
Silver1.5x

Platinum2.5x

6.3 Introductory multiplier for new participants

A participant receives a 2x multiplier on entries received by ordering under Section 5.1 during the 72 hours immediately following the creation of their Belo account (the "introductory period").

This multiplier applies only to entries received by ordering. It does not apply to entries received by completing a City Hunt under Section 5.2, and it does not apply to free entries under Section 5.3.

The spending thresholds in Section 5.1 are unchanged. Entries must first be earned at those thresholds. The multiplier is then applied to the entries so earned. It does not reduce the spending required to receive an entry.

The introductory period begins at the moment the participant's Belo account is created and ends 72 hours later. It runs whether or not the participant orders during it, and whether or not an entry period closes during it. It does not restart, cannot be extended, and is available once per person.

Where a participant is entitled to more than one multiplier under this Section, the applicable multipliers are multiplied together.

7 · ENTRY LIMITS AND EXPIRATION

MethodLimit per entry period
OrderingNo limit
City Hunt50 entries
Free entry1 entry

All entries expire when the drawing they were received for is conducted. No entry carries forward into a later promotion, except where Section 8.1 applies.

8 · PRIZES

8.1 Weekly prizes

Each weekly drawing awards prizes of $40.00 each, issued as Belo account credit. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

The number of winners varies with the size of the weekly prize pool. The prize amount is fixed; the number of prizes awarded is determined by the pool available for that period. No weekly promotion will announce a total prize value exceeding $4,500.00, and no more than 112 prizes will be awarded in any one weekly promotion.

If the weekly prize pool for a period is less than $40.00, no prize is awarded for that period, all entries roll forward into the following period, and participants are notified when entries close.

8.2 Monthly headline prize

Each monthly drawing awards a single prize, the value of which is determined by the amount reserved across that month and will not exceed $4,500.00.

8.3 General

Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent except at the Sponsor's discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

9 · ODDS

Odds of winning a weekly or monthly prize depend on the total number of entries received during the applicable entry period and on the number of prizes awarded in that period.

Every entry has an identical probability of being selected, regardless of how it was received.

10 · THE DAILY ROLL

The daily roll is a free instant-win game, available to every Belo member once per day, with no purchase of any kind required. A member who has never made a purchase may roll. The day resets at 4:00 a.m. in the member's local time zone.

One roll is permitted per person per day. Each roll awards one prize, as follows:

PrizeOdds
Double entries: a multiplier under Section 6.199.0%
25 Belo coins0.9%
2,500 Belo coins0.03%

Coin prizes are funded from a weekly prize pool and are awarded while the weekly prize pool lasts. Once that pool is exhausted for a given week, coin prizes are not awarded for the remainder of that week. The pool resets weekly.

Belo coins are redeemable within Belo for the items listed in the member's wallet. Coins have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.

11 · THE DRAWING

Drawings are conducted at the close of each entry period from among all eligible entries received during that period.

The monthly headline prize is drawn first, followed by the weekly prizes, drawn sequentially. A participant may win no more than one prize per drawing.

The set of entries eligible for a drawing is fixed at the moment entries close and is recorded before any winner is selected.

Selection is made by a method that has no knowledge of how an entry was received.

12 · WINNER NOTIFICATION AND SIGN-OFF

Winners are notified within the Belo application shortly after the drawing is conducted. The Sponsor does not notify winners by text message.

A winner who entered free and does not use the application will be notified at the email address provided on the entry form.

There is no claim process and no claim period. Every prize is applied to the winner's Belo account automatically at the time of the drawing and appears in their balance immediately.

Before a prize can be spent, the winner signs the Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release inside the Belo application, confirming that they are the person who entered and that they met the requirements in Section 4. Signing takes place in the application. Nothing is mailed and nothing is returned.

A prize that has not been signed for within 90 days of the drawing is forfeited and the credit is reversed. The Sponsor reminds the winner within the application before that happens.

Where a winner's prizes reach $600.00 in aggregate in a calendar year, a completed IRS Form W-9 is also required before the prize can be spent. See Section 14.

A winner who entered free and does not hold a Belo account will be contacted at the email address provided and given 30 days to open one so the prize can be applied.

13 · WINNERS LIST

A complete list of winners for each weekly drawing is published in the Belo application and remains available for at least 30 days after that drawing. The list identifies how each winning entry was received, by ordering, by hunt, or free, and states how many winners entered free.

14 · TAXES

All federal, state and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prizes are issued as Belo account credit and their stated value is the amount of credit issued. Where a winner receives prizes with an aggregate value of $600.00 or more from the Sponsor in a single calendar year, the Sponsor will request a completed IRS Form W-9 before issuing any further prize and will report the aggregate value on IRS Form 1099-MISC. A winner who does not provide a completed Form W-9 on request forfeits any prize not yet issued.

15 · SELF-EXCLUSION

A participant may exclude themselves from all drawings at any time through their Belo settings. A self-excluded person receives no entries from any source while excluded. Self-exclusion does not affect any other part of their Belo account.

16 · GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, the operation of the promotion, or the Belo application, or who acts in violation of these Rules.

Automated, scripted, or bulk entries are void.

If for any reason a promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend it, and to conduct the drawing from among all eligible entries received up to that point.

Information submitted in connection with this promotion is collected and used by the Sponsor in accordance with the Belo Privacy Policy, available at meetbelo.com/privacy. Entering does not subscribe a participant to any marketing communication, and a free entry submitted under Section 5.3 does not create a Belo account or require any ongoing relationship with the Sponsor.

16.1 Limitation of liability

By entering, each participant releases the Sponsor, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, damage or expense arising out of participation in a promotion or out of the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or not received for any reason; for any failure, interruption or unavailability of the Belo application, meetbelo.com, or any network or device; for any error in the administration of a promotion; or for any typographical or other error in these Rules or in any material describing a promotion.

The Sponsor's total liability to any participant is limited to the value of the prize that participant was eligible to receive.

16.2 Governing law and disputes

These Rules and each promotion described in them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to a promotion or to these Rules is to be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and each participant consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Each participant waives any right to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, and any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

17 · REQUESTING THESE RULES

These Rules are posted at meetbelo.com/on-the-house-rules for the duration of each promotion.
