These terms are an agreement between you and Revi Technologies Inc. ("we", "us") covering your use of Belo. By using Belo, you agree to them.
Belo recognises you at the places you go, anticipates what you are likely to want, and offers to handle it. Belo acts only on things you confirm. When you say yes to a prediction, you are instructing us to place that order or make that booking on your behalf, as your agent, with the merchant. We are not the merchant, and we do not make or sell the goods and services you buy through Belo.
Belo is invitation-only. Being invited does not guarantee admission, and we may decline or waitlist an application. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. You must give accurate information and keep it current. One account per person. Do not share your account.
We may issue you invitations to give to other people. Those remain ours and we may limit, expire or withdraw them.
Belo reaches you by text. By providing your mobile number you consent to receive the messages described in our Privacy Policy: a verification code, predictions, and confirmations. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
When you confirm a prediction, we place the order with the merchant and charge the payment method on your account. You are responsible for what you confirm.
Prices, availability, taxes and fees are set by the merchant.
Belo arranges things with businesses. It does not run them. We are not liable for how a business performs: a kitchen that runs out of something, a restaurant that closes early, a late delivery, a meal that disappoints.
That is about responsibility, not about your money. Where Belo took payment for a food or shop order and something went wrong with it, we refund you under the rules set out below, whether the fault was ours or the business's.
If Belo can book it, Belo can undo it. Anything Belo books or orders for you can be cancelled or changed through Belo, subject to the rules of the business providing it. We tell you those rules before you commit.
For food and shop orders you can cancel free until the business accepts the order. After that it is their decision, and we tell you what they said.
Belo handles these. You do not have to chase the merchant.
Where we got it wrong, including the wrong order, a double charge, or something charged and not delivered, we refund you in full and we do not ask you to prove our mistake.
Where something arrived wrong, missing or damaged, we may ask you for a photo, and we refund the value of what was wrong rather than the whole order.
Where you simply changed your mind after the business started work, the business decides, and we tell you plainly when the answer is no.
These follow the provider's own cancellation and refund terms. We state those terms before you commit, and we act for you to cancel or change where their rules allow. We do not absorb their charges.
We never hold your money for something we did not buy. If a booking or order does not complete, every amount taken for it goes back to the payment method it came from, in full.
We never deduct a payment processing fee from a refund. That cost is ours.
Repeated claims may be reviewed by a person before they are paid, and we may decline a claim we do not believe is genuine.
Belo lets you book for other people. A table for friends, a flight for your family, an order for your household.
When you give us another person's details, you confirm that you are entitled to do so and that they are content for those details to be used to make that booking. For anyone under 18, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian, or that you have their guardian's permission.
You are responsible for what you book for other people, including paying for it, and for the accuracy of what you tell us. A travel booking made with a wrong name or date of birth can be refused at the gate, and that is not something we can put right afterwards.
Identity details you give us for travel are stored encrypted, used only to make the booking, and deleted when you remove that person from your travellers. Bookings already made keep the name they were made under, because they are a record of something that happened.
Where more than one person pays toward one order, each person authorises and pays their own share, or one person pays for everyone, as chosen when the order is set up.
Nobody's money is taken before the order is placed. If the order does not go ahead, every share goes back in full to the person who paid it.
A refund afterwards goes to the person who paid for the item in question, not to whoever organised the order.
If you connect a bank account, a calendar, or a payment card, you confirm you are entitled to connect it and you authorise us to access the information described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. Your bank, your card issuer and Plaid each have their own terms, and those continue to apply.
Belo coins are a loyalty balance. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for money. They may be redeemed for the items shown in your wallet while those items are available. Coins earned on an order that is later refunded are reversed in proportion to the refund.
Belo credit issued to you as a refund is yours and does not expire. Credit we give you for any other reason may carry an expiry, and we tell you what it is when we give it.
Neither coins nor credit is a bank account or a payment service, and neither earns interest.
On the House is a promotional sweepstakes we run for members. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Every entry has the same chance of being drawn, whether it was earned by using Belo or obtained free.
On the House is open only to members who are 18 or older and are legal residents of a region where we are running it. It is void where prohibited.
Prizes are awarded as Belo credit, which can be spent through Belo and cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred. Some occasional prizes may be goods rather than credit, and those will be described when they are offered.
On the House. Prizes are applied to the winner's Belo account at the time of the drawing. There is no claim process and no claim period. Before a prize can be spent, the winner signs an affidavit and publicity release inside the application, and where prizes reach $600.00 in a calendar year a Form W-9 is required first. The full Official Rules govern, and nothing on this page changes them.
The full Official Rules govern On the House, including how entries are earned, the free entry methods, the odds, the draw, prize limits, and how winners are notified. Where these Terms and the Official Rules differ about On the House, the Official Rules govern.

Do not use Belo to break the law. Do not attempt to access anyone else's account, probe or interfere with the service, scrape it, resell it, or use it to send anything abusive or fraudulent. Do not misrepresent who you are.
You can close your account at any time by writing to support@meetbelo.com.
We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we believe there is fraud or a risk of harm, or if we stop offering the service. Where the reason permits it, we will tell you first.
Belo is early and it will change. We may add, remove or alter features. If we change these terms materially, we will tell you, and continuing to use Belo after that means you accept the new version.
Belo is provided "as is". We do not promise that a prediction will be right, that a merchant will perform, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Belo cannot read a kitchen. Restaurants do not always publish what is in a sauce, a stock or a marinade. Where you have told us what to leave out, we mark dishes that list it and we pick the restaurant's own option where there is one. That is all we can see. If something matters to your health, tell the restaurant directly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Belo is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or one hundred dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger or sale of the business. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the On the House Official Rules are the entire agreement between us about Belo.
