How does Belo know what I want?

From what you have already given it, where you have been, what you got, what you told it. That is the whole source. It does not need everything about you; it has what you gave it.

Does Belo buy things without asking me?

No. Belo goes first, you confirm. Nothing is bought, booked or charged unless you say yes. It is a question, not an instruction.

What does it cost?

Do I have to open an app?

There is an app to get in and to tell Belo what matters to you. After that it reaches you by text. There is no feed and nothing to check.

What if it gets it wrong?

You say no, and it takes that as information. Nothing happens on a message you ignore.

Can I stop the messages?

Reply STOP to any message. That stops everything, immediately. You do not have to close your account or find a settings screen.

Who can see my information?

Merchants see what they need to fulfil something you confirmed, usually your first name and the thing itself. Nobody else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with marketers. Read the full Privacy Policy
