Belo

We built the checkout first.

Before Belo, we spent years building the systems that run the counter at thousands of the places you already go. The screen you tap. The reader you touch your card to. The thing that prints your receipt.

Which meant we had a view most people don't get. We watched, from the inside, the same thing happen thousands of times a day: somebody walks into a place they have been fifty times, and the place has no idea who they are. They wait. They say it again. They pull out a card. They fill in a form.

We started calling it the Stranger Tax, the price you pay, in time and effort and money, for being unknown. It is not charged by anyone in particular. It is just what happens when the world forgets you.

We could see it because we were standing at the till.

So we built the other half

Belo is one account for every place you go. You walk in, they already know you, and it's already handled. The counter was the hard part and it is already there. This is the part that makes it remember.

Be somebody everywhere you go.

Belo is built by Revi Technologies Inc., the company behind the checkout at thousands of places across the country.
